I have been working out at Global Gym over the past five years off and on. I decided a few months ago, that I was going to take it to a new level and compete in the NLABBA figure competition. It was a lot of hard work, but the end result was worth it. I discovered that I enjoyed lifting weights & being in good physical shape. I have become very interested in figure & bodybuilding; it痴 a form of body art that is astounding. I look forward to competing in the Heavyweights Classic Figure Championships in November 2007.
