Mike Wahl is a co-owner of definitions fitness company in St. John's as well as a co-host of Define Yourself on NTV. He has competed in three bodybuilding competitions winning his division in each including the light weight class in the 2004 NLABBA provincials, the bantam weight class in the 2005 NLABBA provincials and the bantam weight class in the 2005 heavyweights classic. He has been training for the last 13 years and holds a BScKin, CSCS, CK, and is a candidate for his MSc at memorial university.
